New Stuff!!

I love Animoto and Wordle!! It took me a little while to get familiar with them, but wow!!!! I could see using Wordle as an end of unit projects. The kids could write down vocabulary they learned in the unit. Animoto is just awesome. There are so many ways that I could use it in the classroom. What a great way for ELL students, especially recent immigrants, to demonstrate their learning without having to worry about using the correct English vocabulary. I played with BigHugeLabs but I couldn't get it to publish my work. I will definitely take more time to explore it later. These websites will be great to use in the classroom, not only for me but for my kids. What a great alternative to worksheets or tests!!! They can show me what they learned without having to get caught up in text they may not understand.
